Brandon is an alumnus of San Francisco State University, where he studied Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise and Movement Science. He has years of personal training experience and has worked with a wide variety of clients, both young and old. Whether it be trying to increase your deadlift by 50 pounds, or regaining strength post-surgery and anything in between, he will rapidly guide you to your fitness goals. Each of his programs is custom tailored to his client’s needs and capabilities with an emphasis on proper form and technique to ensure that you progressively increase strength and mobility without injury. Teaming up with Brandon ensures that you will progress every session through a combination of corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, and nutritional consulting to become the best possible version of yourself.
